    Keeping You Healthy With…

Mint leaves: These refreshing greens are best known for their digestive benefits. Menthol in mint leaves helps ease indigestion and upset stomachs with antiseptic and antibacterial properties. And there’s a reason why your toothpaste is minty beyond fresh breath. Mint helps keep your oral health in order by battling bacteria and plaque.

Cacao nibs: If you want chocolate in its purest, least processed form, then you’re looking for cacao nibs. These antioxidant wonderhouses contain 9 grams of fiber in just 1 ounce, which helps keep blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol in healthy ranges.

Amino Co Heal: This unique blend of essential amino acids is more than 3 times more efficient at triggering muscle growth and repair than any other protein source. It also helps maintain muscle mass and healthy inflammation levels. Plus, it’s tasty and chocolately!

Banana: Meet 8% of your magnesium needs with a medium banana. Magnesium helps the muscles contract and relax, and also encourages the body to burn stored fat. Meanwhile, potassium helps keep blood pressure in check for a healthy heart and all-around healthier body.

Cashew milk: Get a burst of tryptophan, the essential amino acid that boosts serotonin production in the brain so you can feel your best. The heart-healthy monounsaturated fats also help your skin glow at its most radiant.

Peppermint extract: Ease digestive upset and give headaches a kick to the curb with peppermint extract. Peppermint can also help energize your mind and body, and even alleviate menstrual cramps. It’s the perfect ingredient to help perk you up.
