    Keeping You Healthy With…

Espresso powder: Espresso is good for more than just energy. It has memory-enhancing properties, is high in antioxidants, and improves physical performance and concentration. Let’s just say, there’s a reason for the cult following.

Almond milk: Would you like vitamin E with your cream? Dairy-free almond milk is a good source of this skin-saving vitamin, along with some vitamin D and calcium if fortified. Just be sure to check the label. Commercial almond milks are hangouts for unhealthy additives.

Cold brew: There’s a reason this chocolate slushie is called the red eye. We’re keeping you up all day and night with espresso plus cold brew! Cold brew has been linked to a reduced risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. With all those health benefits, the second hit of caffeine is a-okay on this occasion.

Banana: You know bananas are high in potassium but did you also know that they’re not too shabby in the vitamin C department either? They provide about 10% of your daily C needs. And this Chocolate Red Eye Slushie just isn’t the same without the sweetness of banana.

Amino Co. Heal: Shake off those sleepytime aches and pains with a daily dose of essential amino acids. Formulated to help keep inflammation in check and stimulate muscle growth and strength, chocolate-flavored Heal helps you recover while adding a decadent twist to your morning routine.

Oats: Fiber from oats gets your digestive system rolling in the early hours of the morning. Oats also help stabilize your blood sugar levels and promote healthy cholesterol levels. You didn’t think we were just going to send you off on your day with just caffeine, did you?

MCT oil: This concentrated form of medium-chain triglycerides provide fast-acting energy for the body and brain. MCTs also help train your body to burn fat for fuel, a major win for weight loss!
